The flexibility of hot air in plastic welding is practically limitless. The most important applications are roof coverings, billboards and industrial fabrics, civil engineering, tunneling, disposal, plastic fabrication, plastic and linoleum flooring, plus shrinking and vehicle repairs. Leister offers a variety of different hand welding tools for each of these application areas. These tools differ in terms of their power, but also their form: both bar and angled tools are available. The bar tools in turn come in versions operated with an external fan and those with an integrated blower. Tools from Leister can be used for all imaginable welding techniques: lap, pull, and spot welding, stitching, forming, heating, and shrinking to name but a few. A wide range of around 150 different nozzles helps the user in his day-to-day work.
